Khakryonphrexxon consultation services are provided as digital services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a consultation session has been completed.

Before Consultation

Full refund available if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time

Within 24 Hours

Partial refund may be available, subject to review

After Consultation

Refunds not available after service completion

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to fees.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance
  • You can reschedule up to two times per booking
  • New appointment must be scheduled within 30 days
  • Contact us via email or phone to reschedule

To reschedule, simply contact us with your booking reference and preferred new date and time.
